Matthew Crawford is an attorney at Crosner Legal dedicated to advocating for the rights of workers. His practice focuses primarily on complex wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) litigation on behalf of employees throughout California.
Prior to joining Crosner Legal, Matthew spent nearly nine years as a Senior Associate at a prominent boutique employment law firm in San Diego. There, he developed a reputation as a tenacious litigator, successfully handling hundreds of class action and PAGA cases from inception to resolution. He has helped secure millions of dollars in relief for thousands of employees, handling complex issues ranging from unpaid wages and meal break violations to misclassification and regular rate disputes.
Matthew possesses extensive courtroom and appellate experience. He has successfully argued and won motions for class certification in both state and federal courts. Additionally, he is skilled in appellate practice, having authored appellate briefs and orally argued before the appellate court to defend rulings favorable to employees.
Matthew earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he received the CALI Award for excellence in International Sports Law. He received his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, San Diego.
