Associate Attorney (Wage & Hour Dept)

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload. We provide our attorneys with a lot of independence in litigating cases, yet also provide the support of a managing attorney and paralegal. Candidate must have at least three years experience handling wage & hour cases or some other area of class action cases. 100% work from home and will remain entirely remote post-pandemic. Annual bonuses and salary increases, depending on experience.

Legal Assistant (Consumer/Privacy Dept)

We have an immediate need for a senior level legal secretary/paralegal experienced in class actions and employment law (wage and hour/wrongful term). This is a fully remote, work-from-home position, and will stay this way post-pandemic. This is also a long term position. The candidate’s qualifications must consist of more than 5 years of experience in California class action litigation. 100% work from home and will remain entirely remote post-pandemic. In-House Legal Recruiter

We have an immediate need for a senior level leWe’re specifically looking for someone to execute both targeted searches for specific roles as well as develop candidate pipelines for a number of key positions that we’ll need to continually fill as the firm rapidly grows and evolves. Additionally, this person would handle basic HR functionality including but not limited to; employee onboarding, running payroll, maintaining compliance, and helping administer benefits. Candidate must have at least three years experience in recruiting and/or human resources. 100% work from home, even after social restrictions are eased. No required hours or amount of vacation days.
