Sepideh is one of our senior attorneys at Crosner Legal. She has spent nearly her entire legal career prosecuting class action cases on behalf of individuals and employees. Prior to joining Crosner Legal, she spent approximately 9 years as an attorney for a prominent wage and hour & consumer class action law firm. She has represented employees with respect to a broad range of issues, including overtime claims, meal and rest break claims, unlawful wage deduction claims, and expense reimbursement claims, in hundreds of class action and PAGA representative lawsuits. She has also worked frequently on consumer and privacy class actions, focusing principally on consumer, TCPA and privacy claims.
Sepideh earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she focused her coursework on Biological Anthropology. In addition to her JD degree from Whittier Law School, Sepideh desired an advanced law degree and pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at Santa Clara University School of Law.
