Restaurant cook and restaurant server both alleged PAGA causes of action against employer restaurant who owned two restaurants and required employees to clock out at its first restaurant at the five hour mark and clock in at its second restaurant where they worked for additional five hours. They alleged that cooks and servers did not receive overtime pay, minimum wage for drive time, or proper meal and rest breaks for said ten hour daily shifts.
