Employees filed a class action alleging minimum wage, overtime, meal and rest period violations, unreimbursed business expenses and derivative violations. Specifically, employees allege that they were not required to clock in and out for meal period and employer did not have a facially compliant policy; employees were required to use their own cell phones without reimbursement; employees were required to perform off-the-clock work including but not limited to making deposits at the bank and driving between stores.
