RV salespersons alleged PAGA causes of action against 5 RV Dealership locations on behalf of aggrieved employees for overtime violations. Employees regularly worked 10+ hours in a day but were nonetheless compensated a regular rate of pay of $9.00 per hour for all hours, including overtime. Employer did not qualify for commission salesperson exemption because they did not meet the salary test. They also did not submit the proper documentation or implement an employee vote to elect for an alternative workweek schedule.
