Cameron represents workers in wage and hour disputes, including complex class actions and representative actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). He brings a rare perspective to this work – after spending nearly a decade at an AmLaw 100 firm defending some of the country’s largest employers – Cameron now puts that insider knowledge to work for the people who need it most.
That background gives Cameron a distinct edge. He knows how companies think, how they build their defenses, and where their cases are vulnerable. His clients benefit from that experience at every stage of litigation.
Cameron has litigated at the highest levels, with experience before the California Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Admitted to practice in California and with a Washington state admission in progress, he is well-positioned to handle matters across the West Coast.
A Maryland native, Cameron earned his undergraduate degree from Bridgewater College and his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law before settling in San Diego, where he now calls home.
When workers have been shorted on wages, denied breaks, or misclassified by their employers, Cameron Flynn is the attorney who knows exactly how to fight back with the knowledge he gained on the other side.
