American Airlines, which resulted in over $7 million in refunds for passengers misled by false baggage fee promises.
Beyond his litigation successes, Raymond has demonstrated leadership in promoting equity and inclusion within the legal profession. His publications, ranging from analyses of federal discovery rules to advocacy for trans rights, reflect his commitment to advancing justice and equality.
