Sam is an attorney at Crosner Legal, P.C., where he focuses on wage and hour class action litigation on behalf of Washington workers.
Prior to joining Crosner Legal, Sam represented businesses and individuals throughout the Spokane and Coeur d’Alène area in employment, contract, and construction matters. That experience spanned courtroom litigation, mediations, and complex settlements, and gave him the opportunity to work with clients from all walks of life. It equipped him with the practical skills he brings to fighting for workers every day.
Sam earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and receiving faculty awards in Employment Discrimination and Agency & Non-Corporate Entity Law. He has been recognized as a Rising Star in employment law by Super Lawyers in consecutive years and serves as a Member at Large on the Idaho State Bar’s Labor and Employment Law Section Council since 2025.
Sam grew up in Kansas, where his sense of fairness and work ethic were shaped long before law school. At the University of Kansas, he was recognized as a Global Scholar for his participation in a competitive two-year interdisciplinary research program, and interned in the state legislature supporting efforts to raise the minimum wage. Those roots have stayed with him: he believes the law is most powerful when it protects those who need it most.
