Cinthya Corcho is an associate attorney at Crosner Legal and a member of the firm’s pre-litigation team. Her practice focuses on the investigation and development of wage and hour class actions on behalf of employees. Cinthya assists with evaluating potential cases, identifying potential wage and hour violations, developing claims, and consulting with employees regarding their workplace experiences.
Prior to joining Crosner Legal, Cinthya represented employees in a broad range of plaintiff-side employment matters, including wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Her experience includes evaluating potential claims, developing pre-litigation strategy, drafting demands and settlement communications, negotiating with employers and defense counsel, and guiding employees through the claims process.
While attending law school, Cinthya began her career in plaintiff-side employment law, gaining experience evaluating potential claims and assisting with wage and hour and other employment matters.
