Jamie Serb

Partner & Managing Attorney of Wage & Hour Dept.

Jamie has spent nearly her entire legal career focused on wage and hour class action & PAGA representative action litigation, and as a result is experienced well beyond her years. As a senior level attorney with a plaintiff-side wage and hour law firm, Jamie has trained and supervised several attorneys in this area of law. She has drafted and argued on the appellate level, including being a primary participant in the drafting of an amicus brief on behalf of CAOC in Williams v. Superior Court. Given her experience as a seasoned class action litigator, Jamie handles high-level complex wage & hour cases for Crosner Legal, as well as manages and trains a team of our wage/hour litigators.
