Plumber alleged PAGA causes of action on behalf of aggrieved employees for off-the-clock violations based on drive time. This was primarily due to plumbing company’s requirement that employees clock out of its time keeping system after they depart from each job during a work shift and cannot clock back in until they arrives at their next job.
